Covid measures during Junior Coaching

Dear parents/guardians,

With junior coaching underway and winter approaching, I am writing to you to ensure we keep the Club a safe place to be for players, parents/guardians, coaches and other members.

Under LTA guidelines only one parent/guardian is permitted to be on-site per child. This is simply to limit the volume of people in the Club at one time.

In the dome, we can safely cater for 10 spectators at a social distance. There are areas marked out on the right, as you come in. We kindly ask you to stick to this limit and these areas. If we can't do this, then we will have to restrict the dome to players and coaches only.

The Clubhouse is also open with tables and chairs spread out. A QR code to scan is available (using the NHS Covid-19 app) or a paper Track & Trace sign in sheet. Hand washing and sanitiser is also available.

We ask that parents/guardians keep interactions brief, at a social distance and in groups of no more than 6. It is the change over periods when sessions finish/begin that extra care has to be taken.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Ealing Lawn Tennis Club <ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Ealing Lawn Tennis Club <ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
