New Pilates class at ELTC

We are starting a new Pilates class at ELTC!

Where: in the Clubhouse
When: every Monday at 11 AM (starting 7 September 2020)
With who: Elena is a Mobility Specialist and a Certified Pilates Teacher, specialising in injury prevention and lower back pain management.

Benefits of Pilates for injury prevention and rehabilitation are well known. A growing number of professional athletes are using Pilates as a regular part of their training regime. Tennis players such as Andy Murray, Serena and Venus Williams and Martina Navratilova are known to be proponents of the method.
However, you don’t need to be a tennis pro to join! The classes are suitable for everybody, even complete beginners. Men and women of any age and fitness ability are welcome!
If you want to improve your posture, reduce neck and back pain, prevent injuries and increase your balance and flexibility – this class is for you!

All you need to start is comfortable, stretchy clothing and a mat.
Class sizes are limited to ensure quality of individual attention and social distancing, so booking is essential.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from ealingtennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
